UPDATE ON AOC UTILITY TUNNEL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (Updated August 9, 2011) The Architect of the Capitol is undertaking major repair work on the underground utility tunnel system, which provides steam and chilled water to heat and cool facilities across the Capitol campus.
