Capitol Fourth Concert

Capitol Fourth Concert

July 4, 2014, at 8 p.m. on the Capitol West Front Lawn – The concert is open to the public, and is free. No tickets are necessary. General Admission gates open at 3 p.m. The public will not be admitted to the West Lawn of the Capitol before that time. Checkpoints will be set up for search of bags and parcels and guests will be required to enter through a metal detector. The gates are located at the southwest corner of the Capitol grounds.

The concert begins at 8 p.m. It is strongly recommend, however, if you would like to be able to view the concert that you arrive by 6 p.m.
