Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 p.m. — What do manila folders, Chanel No. 5, vanilla and fossil fuels have in common? They all come from plants on permanent display in the U.S. Botanic Garden Conservatory. Take a tour with a knowledgeable guide who will connect the exotic plant world to everyday life. You might see bananas, cacao and coffee ripening on the tree or learn about the next big breakthrough in medicinal plant research.
