The AOC Office of Security Programs (OSP), led by Ken Eads, is responsible for the maintenance, care and operation of the buildings, grounds and security enhancements of the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) and other related facilities. OSP is also responsible for centralized security operations. The AOC oversees and supports the USCP and other functions for policing, protecting and securing the congressional community and its visitors.
