Dome Restoration Project Mobilization

As the Dome Restoration Project enters the preparing phase of the effort, trucks will begin to deliver equipment and supplies to the East and West Fronts of the U.S. Capitol beginning January 8, 2014. These deliveries will occur between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Flagmen will direct pedestrians to use the sidewalk during the delivery process for safety. Additionally, a staging area will be established on the northwest lawn of the U.S. Capitol for the duration of the project.
