Building Engineer Branch
Responsible for construction, maintenance and repair of the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and industrial equipment systems located throughout the buildings.

Carpentry Branch
Provides wood crafting, carpentry, key services and preventative maintenance for the House Office Buildings.

Electrical  Branch
Responsible for the electrical needs of the House Office Buildings, with a particular focus on life safety issues.

Elevator Branch
Provides maintenance and renovation services for the House Office Buildings' elevators, escalators and subway system.

Inventory Management Branch
Responsible for ensuring the House Shops have all the materials and supplies they need to complete their jobs.

Labor and Custodial Branch
Responsible for office and building cleaning, event set-ups recycling and general housekeeping.

Masonry Branch
Responsible for stone, brick, terrazzo and tile work at the House Office Buildings.

Painting Branch
Maintains the paint and plaster for the House Office Buildings, including decorative panting and glass work.

Service Center
Assigns and tracks work requests to the House Shops and serves as the face of the AOC to House Offices.

Sheet Metal Branch
Responsible for the installation and repair of anything metal, from metal shelves and cabinets to duct work.
