The structural concrete at the two horseshoe entrances of the John Adams Building garage had significant corrosion. Interim measures were put in place to extend its life, but some areas deteriorated to the point where these measures were no longer an option, and parking could not be supported.

The John Adams Building Garage Repair replaced structural concrete and waterproofing to extend the life of the garage. The rehabilitation also included the bronze restoration for the existing light fixtures at the east and west entrance as well as the light fixtures and flag poles at the south side of the building.
