This position is located at the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), US Capitol Grounds and Arboretum, Gardening Division. The Urban Forester works closely with the Tree Care Section; planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing urban forestry programs for the AOC. It is considered desirable that the selectee be an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certified arborist (Board Certified Master Arborist is preferred).

The incumbent is a Maintenance Mechanic Assistant Supervisor and serves as Assistant Chief of the Section. The Section performs air conditioning, electrical and plumbing work on an assigned shift.

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Engineer, Project Management Division is seeking an exceptional General Engineer or Architect (Sr. Project Manager) to manage major construction projects having agency-wide impact. The selectee will provide overall project management direction ranging from conceptual design through commissioning.

The Senate Office Buildings is seeking a reliable and hardworking (Night) Custodial Worker to perform a wide range of cleaning and other custodial duties in an assigned group of rooms, offices, and public spaces in the Senate Office Buildings.

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings is seeking a journey level Sheet Metal Mechanic for the Assistant Superintendent Tenant Services Division, Sheet Metal Section to form, join and assemble and install sheet metal components of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, copper roofs and kitchen appliances.
